It can be hard to find a good therapist or coach. I’ve personally worked with some really good therapists. And a couple of pretty bad ones. I’ve also worked with life, productivity and business coaches; some good and some not-so-good ones.

My whole career is built on the foundation of helping you get what you need, and that begins with finding the right person.

How to Search for a Therapist or Life Coach in Santa Fe

There are a few ways you can search for a good therapist or life coach near you.

Do you know someone who’s worked with a counselor, and is happy about it? That can be one of the best, and easiest ways to find someone.

You can check with your PCP/family medical person; sometimes they can give you a referral name.

Another idea is to do a search on one of the many therapist online directories, like www.psychologytoday.com, or www.goodtherapy.com. If you need a counselor who takes your insurance, you can type that into the advanced search or filters section, which makes it much easier.

Finally, you can ask me to help you find the right therapist for you — for free.
