How It Works

Here’s What I Know
Dr. Melanie Harth, Career Consultant, Santa Fe

I believe in your happiness!

Here’s what I know after mentoring and coaching hundreds of people for over 25 years.

When you’re struggling with anxiety and confusion, or tired of feeling blah, there are three psychological keys to re-claiming your happiness.

  1. Understanding subconscious core beliefs that are keeping you s.t.u.c.k.
  2. Developing mindful curiosity … because curiosity, innovative ideas and creative magic are powerhouse tools for success.
  3. Developing self-confidence and taking real action in the real world.

These three keys can unlock the treasure chest to that fabled aaahhh, yes! this is it.

What’s Been Missing

Other programs and traditional solutions often miss the critical importance of the psychology of change. Because most mentors and coaches aren’t trained as psychologists.

This can leave you feeling as though you’re doing something wrong.

But if you haven’t had the right combination of wise support, creative solutions and implementation strategies — all based on the latest research — then the other things you’ve tried probably won’t get you where you want to go.

What’s often missing in other approaches is an integrated program that weaves together:

  • body/mind/spirit,
  • emotional health and well-being,
  • psychological strengths,
  • and solid creative action strategies.

I came to Melanie expecting standard coaching, but instead found her insight and wisdom led me to rethink my path.

I was not truly happy with the direction I was heading, but it was Melanie’s patient, skillful questioning that turned my life around. Her kind and thoughtful guidance has changed so much for me.

I can say that I truly love what I am pursuing, and I’m not sure I could have arrived there with anyone else. I am truly grateful to have met someone as tuned in to the community and to her clients as Melanie is.

There’s nothing wrong with you, I promise!

There are times in our lives when we just can’t do it alone. Or we realize the things that’ve worked before just aren’t working any more. Sometimes, there’s just too much stuff to deal with by ourselves.
